Planning a party for birthday, graduation, retirement, baby shower, gender reveal?

PYC is not available on the 1st Friday of each month due to General Membership Meeting. PYC is not available for weddings. Rentals at PYC cost $650. Pavilion can be rented at an additional $250. Pavilion is not available on Sunday during June, July and August. Your date will be locked in upon receipt of payment in full. Payment must be paid on or before 90 days of your scheduled rental. If you should need to cancel outside of 30 days prior to your rental date, all monies will be refunded. If canceled within the 30 days, 50% of your rental fee plus your escrow will be refunded. 

An AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is mounted on the wall in the clubhouse by double doors. We are not handicap accessible. Capacity is 75 people unless pavilion is also rented. Combined Hall and Pavilion is 125 capacity. There is a $200 clean up escrow to be returned after a satisfied  inspection and can also be used for payment towards bar tab. Decorations shall be restricted to impervious surfaces, i.e. not attached to painted surfaces. Ceiling hooks are provided. 

Music/Entertainment shall comply with Bensalem Township noise ordinance 149-5. All outdoor Music/Entertainment must be lowered to an acceptable decibel level. No glitter, confetti or similar celebratory type debris are permitted on the premises! Renters are responsible for the conduct of their guests, particularly their minor guests. No fireworks of any type! If fireworks are lit off, the party will be terminated and/or escrow forfeited!

Only PYC members are permitted on the dock. 

You get the use of the clubhouse, kitchen, ice machine, dumpster, and deck. 

You get up to 4 hours of rental time and you have 1 hour set up prior to your scheduled rental time. 

You bring in all supplies and remove any leftovers. 

We have eleven 60" round tables and eighteen 30' x 96" rectangular tables. 

We have a buffet table suitable for crock pots or sterno trays. 

The kitchen oven and stove are available for warming food trays.

Alcohol must be purchased from PYC. If outside alcohol is brought onto premises, the lessee's escrow will be forfeited.
